These ten songs came from a difficult period in my life and I think writing them helped me move forward and through that time. I also had a very supportive family and friends and a great counselor to help!
It's funny how something good seems to come out of every bad situation.
There's no formula to these songs, they're from my heart, the truth as I see it, an awakening of my mind and spirit.
